  • Terms and Conditions of Service
  • When You are Ready to be picked up , Please call or Text us to be connected to your Driver. The Vehicle be waiting at the respective holding area until they receive your call or Text. It is Imperative that you notify us if your flight is Delayed – Changed or Landed , Otherwise , You will be considered a “No Show” .
  •  For Airport-Pick up reservations; Passengers need to have cell phones ON upon arrival.  US Limo  is not responsible if the passenger is unreachable after arrival .  If no contact has been made within 45 minutes For SAN Airport and 1 hour for LAX flights the reservation will be considered a “No Show”.
  • Please Remember No vehicle is allowed to wait at the curbside in San Diego and LAX Airport  . Curbside is for loading and unloading of passengers only . Once the passengers have collected bags and are ready at the curbside, a phone call is required to call the driver to the curbside pick up.
  • You will be given 30 free minutes for Domestic and 60 for international flights at the airports from original updated schedule arrival time  and  10 minutes at all other locations , Each 30 Minutes after that will be charge $10 Extra.
  • We usually do our best to get the update on the flights but we do appreciate if you update us with changes or cancellations of the flights .
  • We are not responsible for any damages caused due to traffic delays, unfavorable weather conditions,accidents or any unforeseen circumstances.
  • unavoidable Delay beyond our control We Try our Best to Run On time According to our schedule , However traffic conditions and weather may alter our arrival or departure times, WHEN THIS HAPPEN , We make every attempt to communicate with our passengers to keep them informed as to the cause of delay and the estimate time of  departure or arrival. We Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding the unavoidable Delay beyond our control like accidents or traffic jams , Please plan accordingly.
  • No-Smoking policy There is a no-smoking policy for all of our vehicles.
  • Cancellation Policy We understand your travel plans change. That is why we have made our cancellation process simple and easy. Please cancel your reservation at least 4 hours prior to your pickup date for a full refund of the amount you paid Pre-paid (service fee is non-refundable). Please cancel by calling us or Send E-Mail. Reservations Cancelled less than 4 hours from the date and time of your scheduled pickup will not be refunded the amount pre-paid online or the service fee.
  • Cancellation Fee Reservations cancelled 24 hours before a driver has been dispatched will not be charged.Reservations that are cancelled with in the 24 hour dispatch period will be charged a 50% cancelled on location and surcharge (excluding gratuity).All Round trip reservations are final a 50% service charge will apply if cancel no EXCEPTION.A full fare will be charged after the driver has been dispatched   ( including gratuity) . Reservations, for which passengers fail to show or call, will be charged a NO-SHOW fee equal to the base rate, waiting time, tolls and parking. This charge INCLUDES the 15% gratuity charge.If a customer can not locate their driver it is the customer’s responsibility to call us . All efforts to contact a customer via cell numbers and all other contact information will be made before our driver is released and a trip is deemed a NO SHOW reservation.
  • Why We Charge Cancellation Fees? Once a booking is confirmed, a vehicle/driver is assigned/reserved 6 to 8 hours before scheduled pickup time. From this point, that vehicle/driver cannot be assigned to another job around the same time slot. Since we are in-advance reservations only, the reserved vehicle/driver will be left without assignment.
  • All stops will be charged $10 extra per stop if in route(any Pickup out of the normal trip way by 5 Miles will be charged accordingly).
  • Pickup services after Midnight  &  Before 4:00 am will be charged $10 extra.
  • We can provide Baby car seat for an extra charge of  $10 ( Note: Passengers are obligated to inspect and install baby car seat )
  • Meet & Greet airport service  at the baggage claim area SAN/LAX  $20 Extra charge.
